There is no public build, so there is nothing installed anywhere that could need troubleshooting.
When there is a release
This page will cover installing, granting screen and microphone permissions, recording, editing and export, along with a real support address. Until then there is deliberately no contact form here, because an inbox nobody is watching is worse than no inbox at all.
